Console and account

Online self-service customers can use the FUMO console to manage API keys, browse models, try Playground, review usage, and manage their account. Enterprise customers use the Enterprise console; see Enterprise onboarding for setup instructions.

Sign up and sign in

Open the registration page and enter your email, verification code, and password, or continue with Google / GitHub. If you already have an account, sign in.

When signing up by email, enter the Sales Code provided by your sales representative, if you have one. After signing in with Google / GitHub, you can bind the code in Account.

If you forget the password for an email account, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page and reset it using an email verification code.

Sales Code

A Sales Code is provided by a FUMO sales representative and associates your account with that representative. It is optional at signup.

Bind a code after signing in

  1. Open Account.
  2. Click Bind Sales Code.
  3. Enter the code provided by your representative, check it, and click Bind code.
  4. Check the result in Account. If the status is Pending, click Refresh status to check for an update.

After binding, you can view the sales code and representative contact details in Account. To correct a binding, contact your representative or support.

Manage API keys

Use API Keys to manage the keys used to call Fusion API.

ActionSteps
CreateClick Create New Key, enter a name, then click Create key
CopyFind the key in the list and click Copy
DeleteFind the key you no longer use, click Delete, and confirm

Name keys by purpose, such as local-dev, coding-agent, or production, so they are easy to identify when filtering usage.

Store keys in environment variables or a secret manager. To replace a key, create a new one and update the applications that use it. Verify that calls succeed before deleting the old key.

Store your key and send a first request

Browse models and try Playground

Open Model to view descriptions, prices, and model IDs. Copy the ID into the model field of your API request.

In Playground, select a model, enter a prompt, and review the response. Playground needs an available Fusion API key on your account. If you have not created one yet, use the link on the page to do so.

To use Fusion in a local tool, follow its Coding Agent setup guide.

Review usage

Open Usage and filter call records by time range and API key. To investigate an application's consumption, select its key and narrow the time range.

Balance, top-ups, and payment records

Open Account and find Billing to review:

  • Your current balance and remaining Fusion credits;
  • Linked payment methods;
  • Payment records, with Receipt and Invoice links.

To add funds, open Checkout, review the purchase details and amount, and complete payment. Return to Account to check your balance and payment records.

If a completed payment does not appear, save your payment confirmation and contact support.

See Pricing for model rates and token accounting. For enterprise purchasing and service configuration, contact sales.
